In today's digital world, email remains vital for communication. However, inaccurate or inactive email addresses lead to bounced messages and wasted resources. Existing verification methods are inefficient and may compromise data security. Businesses face challenges like poor sender reputation, ineffective communication, and missed opportunities. A streamlined and accurate email verification service is urgently needed to enhance communication, sender reputation, and overall efficiency."
I conducted a online survey with about 8 users using google forms. The study utilizes surveys to collect quantitative data from users who have utilized the service. The research seeks to understand the impact of the email verification service on communication efficiency, bounce rates, and overall user experience.

In the ideation phase, I created user flows, empathy maps, and information architecture to understand user needs and define clear journeys. This helped identify pain points and structure content effectively. The process ensured a user-centered foundation for design decisions.

In the design phase, I started with low-fidelity sketches to explore layout ideas, followed by detailed wireframes to define structure. I then created high-fidelity mockups and a style guide to ensure visual consistency and a polished user experience.
